About Me
I am a licensed psychotherapist who helps people make sense of their feelings and live their most courageous lives. I work with people who are are looking for support on the path to accomplishing what they want in life.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have great respect for the influence and importance of the relationships in our lives - and the greater context we each live in!
I help individuals explore and restore their relationships with themselves and others, and ultimately, grow more fully into their lives. I help couples find or restore connection. To create a safe space for these important processes to unfold, I bring curiosity, compassion, and the ability to tailor my therapeutic approach to best meet your needs.
My experiences have shown me that everyone has the ability to move past challenges to lead a courageous, rewarding life. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, and we'll breathe into it with acceptance, without judgment. I'll support you to build skills and resources to support your journey. We'll also explore and expand on what’s already working for you, so your strengths and abilities are fully utilized to propel you forward toward your goals.
